Honestly, could this railway be going any slower ... ?
Anyway, base for concrete is now cut for the goods yard. Plan is to have it sprayed* and glued in place by Christmas. Or may be next Christmas.
*Spraying Plan: Couple of coats of 'Plastikote Suede Touch', followed by gentle sprinklings of white and grey primer, topped off with the odd bit of weathering powder. (Well, this chap seems to think it's a good idea ...) I'm taking the gamble that the 'Fab Foam', which makes up the track 'inserts' will flex slightly post spraying to get round the bends.

Lights please.
Ivy
Well, that's the worst of the wall 'warping' covered up with ivy ... still just making the best of a bad bit of paper v. damp planning but I'm not making another bloody wall. (May change my mind next winter when it finally curls up like and starts flapping like the 'red fish' one finds in a Christmas cracker.)
